Gionee S10 Lite launched in India with 16MP selfie camera

Chinese Handset Maker, Gionee launched another exclusive to India smartphone, Gionee S10 Lite. Smartphone will be available through offline channels starting from 23rd December, 2017. It is a variant of previously launched Gionee S10 with slight low-end specifications on the board. Highlight of device is its 16 mega-pixel selfie camera with LED flash. This one is a mid-budget offering from the company.

Gionee S10 Lite launched in India

In May 2017, company launched sub-variant of S10 known as Gionee S10C and this one also features nearly same specifications with slight differences. Gionee S10 lite packs a 5.2-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels screen resolution. It is a dual sim smartphone running on Android 7.1 with Amigo 4.0 UI on the top. Snappers on the device are the USP of smartphone, packing 16 mega-pixel camera sensor on the front panel with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. Selfie camera is accompanied by a 13 mega-pixel rear camera as well.

Gionee S10 Lite is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 427 quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz speed. Processor is coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 256GB). Fingerprint sensor is attached to the home button on the front. Dimensions of smartphone are – 148.7 x 73.7 x 7.9 mm and weighs 155 gram. Connectivity features include VoLTE support, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro-USB, Bluetooth version 4.2.

Launched exclusively for Indian customers Gionee S10 Lite will go on sale from Dec 23, 2017 through offline stores at a price tag of Rs.15,999 only. Customers can purchase it two shades – Gold and Black. As a launch offer, Gionee has joined hands with PayTM to provide two cashback coupons (coupon will offer Rs.250 cashback on minimum purchase of Rs.350 at PayTM Mall). Jio subscribers will enjoy extra 5GB data for ten months on minimum recharge of Rs.309 or more as the launch offer.
