Nokia X6 has been launched in China through an special event held at Beijing on Wednesday. This is the first smartphone from the HMD Global to feature a display with notch. Major highlights of the event happens to be a dual rear camera with AI and HDR. Handset will go on sale on 21st May in China and registrations are open already. There is no official news about India launch as well, but it is expected to reach India very soon.
Nokia X6 features, price and availability
The Nokia X6 runs on android 8.1 Oreo and supports Dual SIMs. It packs a 5.8-inches Full HD+ display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 for protection, 1080 x 2280 pixels screen resolution, 435 ppi density, 80.3% screen-to-body ratio and 19:9 aspect ratio. It has a dual camera setup on the rear panel featuring 16 mega pixel (f/2.0 aperture, 1.0µm, giro-EIS) and 5 mega pixel (f/2.2 aperture, 1.2µm) sensors. It also sports a 16 mega pixel (f/2.0 aperture, 1.0µm) selfie camera on the front panel.
Nokia X6 works on Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 octa-core chipset with a clock speed of 1.8GHz. The company offers the X6 in three memory variants of 4GB RAM paired with 32GB internal storage, 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB storage and the last one packs 6GB RAM with 64GB onboard storage. Internal memory can be boosted up to 256GB with the help of microSD cards.

Nokia X6 is charged up by 3060 mAH battery with fast battery charging support (Quick Charge 3.0). The phone measures 147.2 x 71 x 8.6 mm in terms of dimensions and weighs at 151 gm. Connectivity features adds 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
Nokia x6 price in China is set at CNY 1,299 (approx Rs. 13,800) for 4GB/32GB, CNY 1,499 (approx Rs. 16,000) for 4GB/64GB and CNY 1,699 (approx Rs. 18,100) for 6GB/64GB. The phone will be available in Blue, Black and Silver colour variants. The handset will go on sale in China On 21st May through JD.com, Suning.com, and Tmall.com and pre-orders are already live.
