OnePlus is near to launch its flagship smartphone and many leaks and rumors have emerged regarding that. Latest one is that it will sport a 19:9 aspect ratio display with iPhone X-like notch. Apart from that OnePlus 6 is tipped to have great benchmark scores confirming use of latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor in the device. Chinese mobile maker, OnePlus is also ready to embrace the notch, if reports appears true. The well known vendor will join the list of companies embracing the notch like Asus put it in the latest line of smartphones that includes Zenfone 5 and variants.
Android Central, a trusted niche website claimed on behalf of a trusted source at OnePlus, that successor of OnePlus 5 will pack a larger than even 18:9 aspect ratio display, in frame of 19:9 aspect ratio with a notch design. This new 19:9 aspect ratio will compensate for the space used by notch. Not to tell, but OnePlus 6 is also rumored to feature the mostly high end specifications available in the smartphones.
OnePlus 6 Benchmark Score
According to the leaked screenshots, the new OnePlus 6 comes with model name of A6000 and scores higher than last outing of company, OnePlus 5T. It scored 2,76,510 in the AnTuTu benchmark, which indeed is the best score ever retained by an android smartphone. It even surpasses the Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 2S score which is scheduled to release on 27th March. (Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S scored 273741 in benchmarks). If this score is to be believed than, it further stresses that OnePlus 6 will be powered with Snapdragon 845 SoC. Although, OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau has already announced in January, 2018 at CES that next OnePlus device will feature the latest processor.
Pete Lau has also stressed that next flagship will launch in Q2, 2018 and we can expect it to be OnePlus 6. Other reported leaks have claimed that it will pack vertical dual camera setup, 6GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage and Android 8.1.0 Oreo. (see images)

Seeing the above report, it is sure that mobile companies are really opting for notch-design one after another. Actually, notch is a worthless design which has often garnered bad to average reviews for even iPhone X. But, companies need to follow what is trending and what their customers are demanding. Recently, Google launched the first preview of Android P with support to notched devices like OnePlus 6.
