Oppo has launched Realme 1 smartphone in India on Tuesday in a special partnership with Amazon India. The phone will be an Amazon exclusive smartphone and will place itself in mid-range price segment. It is also known as Oppo A3 in China and rebranded as Realme 1 for India. It will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. It is a ‘made in India’ product.
Oppo Realme 1 Features, Price and Availability in India
The Oppo Realme 1 runs on android 8.1 Oreo based ColorOS 5.0 and supports Dual SIMs. It sports a 6-inches Full HD+ display with 1080 x 2280 pixels screen resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, 405 ppi density and 82.5% screen-to-body ratio. It features a 13 mega-pixel camera on the rear panel with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. On the front panel, it has a 8 mega-pixel selfie camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture.
Realme 1 is powered by 2.0GHz Mediatek Helio P60 octa-core processor. The phone comes in three memory variants, first one with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage on the second and third variant packs 6GB/128GB. Internal storage can be increased up to 256GB with microSD cards (using dedicated slot).
Oppo Realme 1 smartphone is charged by 3410 mAH battery. Phone is equipped with facial unlock feature but fingerprint sensor is absent. It measures 156 × 75.3 × 7.8 mm in terms of dimensions and weighs at 158 gm. Connectivity features includes 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS and 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Oppo Realme 1 price in India is set at Rs.8,990 for 3GB/32GB, Rs. 10,990 for 4GB/64GB and Rs.13,990 for 6GB/128GB. It will be available in Diamond Black, Moonlight Silver (launch in june) and Solar Red colour options. The handset will go on sale on 25th May exclusively through Amazon India in 3GB and 6GB variants. 4GB version will reach India later this month. Launch offers include 5% cashback on SBI cards, Benefits worth Rs. 4850 from Reliance Jio including Rs. 1800 cashback (in the form of 36 vouchers of Rs. 50 each) and JioMoney Credit, No-cost EMI and 80% off on the Kindle price of eBooks up to a maximum of Rs. 300 Kindle store credit.
