Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus pre-order and shipment dates leaked

South Korean Mobile maker, Samsung is set to release Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ at MWC in February end. A latest leak even tells about the initial launch date, pre-order dates and exact time frame when first shipment will start for Samsung’s flag bearer handset. After earlier speculations and then confirmed report, this is the new development leaking even first shipment dates.

The successors of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ dubbed as Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ respectively are suggested to launch on 26th February, 2018, according to the twitter user, Evan Blass. He added that both the handset will be available for pre-order from March 4, 2018 and first shipment will begin from 16th March, 2018.

This is not the first time, when launch dates of S9 and S9+ have surfaced. Earlier, Samsung’s Mobile President, DJ Koh in an exclusive interview to ZDnet confirmed that first flagship smartphone of 2018 from company will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress that is slated from 26th February to 1st March to be held at Barcelona, Spain. Another development emerged from The Bell, a South Korean Outlet which said that launch will happen on 26th February, 2018.

Apart from dates, various specifications are leaked for Galaxy S9 and S9+ including a single rear camera setup on S9 and dual camera setup on S9+. Other leaks concluded same batteries which was packed on predecessors. Handsets are expected to feature Samsung’s recently announced The Exynos 9810 chipset and Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, depending upon the countries. A major rumor says that S9+ will present a model bearing 512GB internal storage.
