Vivo’s next smartphone X21 is ready to launch tomorrow in China. It is leaked online through screenshots of few documents which reveals all the information about the upcoming flagship. Vivo X21 is also listed on JD.com and available for pre-order. The recent leaks confirmed that smartphone will not be a solo release, instead it will accompanied by Vivo X21 UD (under display version) as well. Company is also set to release Vivo V9 in India on 23rd March.
Now, we know all the in’s and out’s of Vivo X21, thanks to the recent leaks and JD listing. It will sport a 6.28-inch FHD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and 2246 x 1080 pixels resolution. The 19:9 aspect ratio confirms a notch on the display, which is also clearly visible on product images as well. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor where four cores are clocked at 2.2GHz CPU speed and other four at 1.8GHz speed. The Snapdragon 660 is supported by 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, boostable up to 256GB with microSD cards.
The Vivo X21 runs Android 8.1 Oreo and supports VoLTE network. It is charged up by a 3200mAH capacity battery with fast charging technology. It measures 154.45 x 74.78 x 7.37 mm in terms of dimensions. The leaks does not details about the camera configurations on the handset.
Vivo X21, the successor of Vivo X20 will come in Ice drill Black, Ruby Red and Aurora White shades. The under display fingerprint sensor version, often dubbed as successor of Vivo X20 Plus UD, comes in Ice drill Black and Ruby Red, as the per the leaks and listing.
There is no details available about the price yet. The more will be known about Vivo X21 and UD in the launch event tomorrow. In China, Oppo is also ready to unveil the Oppo R15 with same notched display on March 31 as well.
