Chinese smartphone vendor, Vivo has launched another mid-budget smartphone in China. Named as Vivo Y75 is touted as basic version of Vivo V7. Earlier also company launched Vivo V7 Plus’s basic version named as Vivo Y79 with almost same specifications on the board. On the same line, Y75 also sports same specifications but with somewhat downgraded cameras. Smartphone is available for purchase through company’s official country website for a price value of CNY 1,598 (approx. Rs.15,500) only.

Getting into detailed specifications, Vivo Y75 sports a 5.7 inch HD+ Full Vision display with 1440 x 720 pixels screen resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Another highlight of the device is ‘FaceWake’ feature that allows users to unlock their smartphone just by looking at it. On storage front, it has 32GB inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 256GB through microSD card and 4GB RAM. Device is powered by octa-core processor running on android nougat 7.1 operating system and FunTouch 3.2 User Interface on the top.

Downgraded features includes snappers which are demoted from 16MP rear camera to 13MP rear camera and from 24MP front camera to 16MP camera sensor on the front panel. Vivo Y75 is fueled by a 3000 mAH battery. Dimensions of the device are 149.3 x 72.8 x 7.9 mm.
Other attention drawing features are split screen view, Global Eye protection, Bluetooth version 4.0, VoLTE support, fingerprint sensor (mounted on the back side), do not disturb feature while playing games, GPS and USB OTG support. Vivo Y75 is ready to buy in three hues – Rose Gold, Matte Black and Gold.
